How often do crash games hit 100x? 1.4 million real rounds
2x about every second round, 100x about 1 in 100, 1,000x about 1 in 1,000. In 1.4 million crash rounds, the chance of reaching N× was almost exactly 1 in N.
Every crash round is a plane, a rocket or a jet that can stop at any moment. So how often does it really get to 10x, 100x or 1,000x? We counted 1,425,987 rounds of 11 crash games over five weeks. The answer fits in one line: the chance of reaching N× is almost exactly 1 in N.
- 48.6%of rounds reach 2x
- 1 in 103rounds reach 100x
- 1 in 1,006rounds reach 1,000x
- 929rounds: longest wait for 100x

The two lines are hard to tell apart. From 2x all the way to 10,000x, the real rounds follow the simple rule: 2x about every second round, 10x about 1 in 10, 100x about 1 in 103, 10,000x about 1 in 10,259.
How often each multiplier comes
| Multiplier | Share of rounds | About 1 in | On one game, about every |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2x or more | 48.6% | 2 rounds | a minute or two |
| 3x or more | 32.4% | 3 rounds | a minute or two |
| 5x or more | 19.4% | 5 rounds | 2 minutes |
| 10x or more | 9.72% | 10 rounds | 3 minutes |
| 20x or more | 4.86% | 21 rounds | 7 minutes |
| 50x or more | 1.95% | 51 rounds | 17 minutes |
| 100x or more | 0.97% | 103 rounds | 34 minutes |
| 200x or more | 0.49% | 206 rounds | 69 minutes |
| 500x or more | 0.19% | 517 rounds | 3 hours |
| 1,000x or more | 0.10% | 1,006 rounds | 6 hours |
| 5,000x or more | 0.02% | 5,075 rounds | 28 hours |
| 10,000x or more | 0.01% | 10,259 rounds | 2 days |
The last column assumes about 20 seconds a round, which is what most of these games run at. Spaceman and High Flyer are slower, about half a minute or more, so stretch their times a little.

Why 1 in N?
Crash games are built that way. The game sets the chance that a round reaches N× at just under 1 in N — about 97 in 100 of it. The missing few percent are mostly rounds that end at 1.00x before anyone can cash out: 3.73% of all the rounds we recorded. That gap is the house edge, and it is the same whether you aim for 2x or 200x.
Which means there is no “better” multiplier to aim for. Cashing out at 2x wins about half the time and doubles the stake; waiting for 100x wins about once in a hundred and pays a hundred times. Over many rounds the two come to the same place.
The longest wait for 100x
One in 103 is an average, and averages hide long gaps. The longest we recorded: 929 rounds without a 100x on AirJet, on 4 October — about 4 h 59 min of play. Every game had a stretch of at least 589 rounds without one. For how these dry spells look as they happen, see what a cold run is in crash games.
How we counted
Every round of the 11 games we record, 24 September to 29 October 2026, with each game’s own round id. A round “reached” a multiplier if its final multiplier was that number or higher. Waits for 100x were counted only between two 100x we actually saw, and only where no rounds were missing in between. The full list of games and their latest rounds is in our crash game history guide.
Questions players ask
How often does 100x hit in crash games?
About once every 103 rounds. In 1.4 million rounds of 11 crash games, 0.97% reached 100x or more. At about 20 seconds a round, that is roughly one 100x every 34 minutes on a single game.
How often does 1000x hit?
About once every 1,006 rounds — 0.10% of all rounds we recorded. On one game that is about one every 6 hours of play.
What is the longest a crash game went without 100x?
929 rounds in a row on AirJet, on 4 October — about 4 h 59 min. Every one of the 11 games went at least 589 rounds without a 100x at some point in five weeks.
Is 100x more likely after a long wait?
No. The share of rounds reaching 100x is the same after a long wait as after a short one — each round is drawn on its own. A long wait is something you can see on the board, not a sign of what comes next.
What was the biggest multiplier?
97,864x on Rocketon. Several games seem to have a fixed top multiplier: four of them topped out at exactly 50,000x, and Spaceman at 5,000x.
