Privacy policy

GameData365 (gamedata365.com) publishes live results and statistics for casino table games and crash games. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions or requests: [email protected].

If you create an account

• Email and password sign-up: your name, email address and a hashed password (we never store the password itself).
• Sign in with Google: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID, as shared by Google. We do not get access to your Gmail, contacts or anything else in your Google account.
• Sign-in sessions: the time, IP address and browser of each signed-in session, so you can stay signed in and so we can spot misuse.

We use this only to run your account: signing you in, sending the emails you ask for (address confirmation, password reset), and removing the daily viewing limit.

When you browse

• Analytics (PostHog). Pages viewed, clicks, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and recordings of how pages are used (scrolling, clicks, page changes). Anything typed into form fields is masked and not recorded. If you are signed in, this activity is linked to your account. We use it to understand what works on the site and fix what does not.
• Server and security logs. Our web server records IP address, browser and the address requested, kept for about two weeks for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and local storage

• Sign-in cookie — keeps you signed in. Only set when you sign in.
• Free-time counter (cookie gd_fm and browser storage) — how many of today's free minutes you have used, when not signed in. Contains only a date and a number.
• Analytics identifier (PostHog) — a random ID so repeat visits are counted as one visitor.

Who processes data for us

• Hetzner (Finland) — hosts our servers and database.
• Cloudflare — delivers and protects the site; every request passes through it.
• PostHog (United States) — product analytics and session recordings.
• Google — only if you choose Sign in with Google.
• Resend — sends our account emails.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not show advertising.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted when you ask us to delete the account. Server logs are kept for about two weeks. Analytics data is kept for as long as our analytics provider retains it under our plan.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Age

The site is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. See also our terms of use.
